Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 desktop and IT support for end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues
- Handle issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, part replacement, and system upgrades
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and standard applications
- Resolve network-related issues such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic connectivity problems
- Manage incident escalation and ensure resolution within SLA timelines
- Maintain proper documentation and support reports
- Provide on-site and remote support as required
Requirements / Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in desktop / IT support (mandatory)
- Educational Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any Graduation
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and desktop hardware troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP)
- Experience in system installation, configuration, and support
- Good communication skills and customer-handling ability
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required
