Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 desktop and IT support for end users

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 network support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, and access points

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Desktop Support (L1/L2) and Network Support (L2) engineers
- Allocate tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure timely closure of tickets
Desktop Support Engineer
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in desktop / IT support
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any Undergraduate
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and printers
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and networking issues
- Experience in system installation, configuration, and support
- Ability to handle hardware troubleshooting and part replacement
- Good communication skills and customer-handling ability
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required
