Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 network support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Handle incident escalation, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for issue resolution when required
- Maintain proper documentation, network diagrams, and support reports
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and security best practices
- Provide on-site and remote network support as required
Requirements / Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in network support (mandatory)
- Educational Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any Graduation
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching
- Experience in network troubleshooting and configuration
- Good communication skills and customer-handling ability
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required
